We consider a commercial transaction with the claim holder: record review, an agreed price and a separate contract. An enquiry is not an instruction to recover funds and does not transfer rights.
What makes a transaction possible
The basis, ownership, amount and transfer restrictions need to be established. Not every claim will qualify for a purchase. The parties, terms and settlement process are set out in writing.
