A missing deposit needs its own record: the sending transaction, destination, network, token and any memo. A confirmed blockchain transfer and a credit in a BitMart account are separate events. Do not send another deposit as a test during the wind-down.
Find the transaction before diagnosing the account
Open the withdrawal record at the sending service. Record the amount, fee, timestamp and network exactly as shown. If no transaction hash is available, ask the sender whether the transfer was broadcast. An internal order number is not a blockchain transaction hash.
When a TXID exists, inspect it on an explorer for that network. Compare the actual recipient and token transfer with the destination instructions you used. Save the instructions as well as the result; a screenshot of today’s deposit page may not show what you were given on the transfer date.

Use this as a record-building checklist, not as a diagnosis of why your individual deposit is missing.
| What you can establish | What to check next |
|---|---|
| No TXID from the sender | Ask the sending service for the broadcast status. |
| Confirmed transfer, account not credited | Compare destination, token, network and memo. |
| Incorrect or missing memo | Preserve the original memo and ask official support for the current procedure. |
| Transfer after deposits were suspended | Record the transfer date and request written handling instructions. |
Older instructions can conflict with the wind-down
BitMart’s older memo article includes a further-deposit step. The later cessation notice says not to deposit after suspension. Do not repeat the old step without a current, verified instruction that resolves this conflict. Neither a successful on-chain transaction nor an old tutorial guarantees that a new deposit will be credited.
Source: BitMart — Forgotten or Incorrect Memo (legacy instructions)Describe the missing credit precisely
Create one packet with the sender’s receipt, explorer record, deposit instructions, account identifier and correspondence. If you do not know whether BitMart attributes the address to your account, say so. Separate a missing deposit from an already credited balance that cannot be withdrawn.
A potential buyer would need to assess the underlying rights and evidence. A transaction to an address alone does not establish that a particular claim is eligible for purchase. Start with the facts you can document rather than adding the missing deposit to a confirmed account balance without explanation.
Related questions
Should I make another small deposit to prove ownership?
Do not use a new deposit as a test during the wind-down. Preserve existing evidence and seek current instructions through a verified official channel.
Is a TXID enough to prove my claim?
It documents a transaction. Account attribution, ownership, crediting and the basis of any claim need separate supporting evidence.
