BitMart announced a wind-down of trading operations and later published an indicative restructuring proposal. A shutdown notice, a proposed plan and a court-approved process are different things. The documents reviewed here do not establish a guaranteed payout date for an individual account.
Start with the notice that applies to the event
The cessation notice sets out changes to platform services beginning in July 2026 and describes withdrawal review arrangements. Read it alongside later announcements rather than relying on an old withdrawal tutorial.

The indicative roadmap outlines a proposed process with consultation in October, adjustments in November and targeted court applications in December 2026 or January 2027, subject to the stated conditions. These are proposed milestones, not a personal repayment schedule.

Ask for the court, case number, filing date and document that supports the claim. A company announcement, a creditor’s proposed action and an actual court order have different evidential weight.
This article is a review of the linked notices, not a court-register search or a statement that no proceeding exists anywhere. Check new primary documents before relying on a legal status or deadline.
Keep your own records current
Save account statements, token quantities, withdrawal attempts and correspondence while they are available. Keep proposed recovery figures separate from a buyer’s purchase price.
If you compare a sale with waiting, list which rights you retain, the conditions of any offer and the unanswered questions in the official process. BitMart Return has a commercial interest as a potential claim buyer.
