Short answer

Selling a BitMart claim means agreeing a price for specified rights, subject to a review of ownership and transferability. It does not unlock your exchange account. Start with a case summary, compare the written terms and complete a separate purchase agreement if the transaction is possible.

Describe the claim before requesting a price

List the assets and quantities, approximate value, account holder and what prevents access to the funds. A personal account, a company account and a claim already promised to another buyer need different checks. State whether the balance includes Earn products, unsettled trades or pending withdrawals.

The initial BitMart Return form asks for a summary. Keep original records ready; do not send passwords or grant account access.

Check what can actually be sold

A displayed balance is evidence to review, not a freely transferable asset by default. Section 9.2 of BitMart’s published agreement restricts user assignments. The rights, governing terms and any consent requirements need a case-specific assessment.

Ask for a complete written offer

The offer should identify the buyer and rights, price basis, currency, fees, expiry and payment conditions. If it covers only part of a balance, the remaining rights must also be clear. A headline percentage does not tell you the final amount you receive.

  • Who signs and who pays?
  • What rights and future distributions are included?
  • What could change the price or stop closing?
  • When does ownership transfer relative to payment?

Agree the contract and settlement

Review the final contract and any continuing duties before signing. Payment and transfer follow the agreed conditions; an enquiry alone does not transfer rights. Keep the signed documents and payment record together.

BitMart Return considers claim purchases. We are not BitMart support and cannot approve a withdrawal. If a purchase cannot proceed, the enquiry does not replace any applicable official process.
