Preserve balance snapshots, deposits, withdrawals, trades and support records as separate files. An order-history export is not a complete account statement. Keep the original files, the covered date ranges and the time zone used.
Start with an inventory of account records
Record every relevant account or product, token quantity and capture date. Keep the displayed valuation as a separate field from the quantity. Note open orders, transfers between account types and any redemption entries so that they are not mistaken for new external deposits.
Give each export a clear name: account-type_record-type_start-date_end-date. Keep an untouched original and a working copy for reconciliation. Preserve the screen or instruction that explains the export’s coverage.
Use the export instructions for the correct product
BitMart’s published futures instructions describe exporting from Futures Orders under History Orders, Trade History or Funds Flow. These are futures records; do not assume the same file contains spot trades or every deposit. The published interface may differ from what remains accessible during the wind-down.

Create an index that lets another reader see what is present and what is missing.
| Record | Completeness check |
|---|---|
| Balance snapshot | Token units, date, account type and displayed currency. |
| Deposits and withdrawals | All relevant networks, statuses, fees and transaction references. |
| Trade history | Filled trades, not merely placed or cancelled orders. |
| Funds flow | Internal transfers identified without double-counting. |
| Support history | Original ticket, attachments and subsequent replies. |
If an export or account login is unavailable
Save the exact error and date. Ask official support for the specific missing account type and period. Gather original records from sending platforms, receiving platforms, wallets and your email, while marking their limits. A sending receipt alone does not prove the balance that remained later.
Do not reconstruct a polished ledger without identifying assumptions. An incomplete but honestly labelled packet is more useful for a review than an apparently complete file whose entries cannot be traced back to evidence.

Are screenshots enough?
They can support the record, but may omit history, dates or account context. Keep original exports and receipts where available.
Can I share an API key instead?
Do not provide trading or withdrawal access for a records review. Start with files you control and agree a secure, limited document process.
